Gurukripa Restaurant is a 900 sq.ft. pure-veg dining space located in Mahendra Business Square, Aakriti Eco City, Bhopal. The project focused on transforming an already functional restaurant into a warm and culturally rooted Indian traditional dining experience. The client requested a complete thematic makeover while retaining and reusing selective existing furniture, making the project both creatively challenging and budget-sensitive. The design approach centered around introducing a new identity through earthy color tones, curved niches, lantern-style lighting, jali details, ethnic carpets, and handcrafted décor, all carefully blended with the existing elements of the space. The goal was to create a dining environment that feels inviting, traditional, and cozy, while maximizing seating capacity and maintaining operational efficiency. Gurukripa Restaurant now stands as a refreshing, vibrant, and culturally expressive space that celebrates Indian aesthetics within a compact footprint.
